“The Terillium Team provided us with the partnership and expertise we needed to make the move off our on-premise ERP to Oracle ERP Cloud. They listened to our requirements, interpreted them into system configuration, and led Thermal through robust testing, training, and ultimately a very successful implementation. Terillium worked diligently to bring the project in on-time and within budget. We recommend the Terillium Team to any business considering an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.” – Kim Hampe, CFO

Thermal Windows & Doors Replaces E-Business Suite with Oracle Cloud

THE VISION

When Thermal Windows & Doors made the decision to move off of the company’s on-premise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, the executive team went with Oracle Cloud. During the decision making process Oracle and Terillium presented Thermal with a solid implementation plan and timeline. Thermal ultimately chose Terillium as a partner due to the team’s extensive knowledge of Oracle products.

THE JOURNEY

Terillium followed a proven project methodology that Terillium has implemented for many other clients, and included:

  • Gathering business requirements for each phase of the project
  • Interviewing end users, observing existing processes, and gaining an understanding of the overall business flow
  • Translating business requirements into system configuration settings
  • Robust testing cycles
  • Thorough user training
  • System cut-over and go live

THE DELIVERY

Terillium was able to deliver the project successfully, largely in part to the team’s  expertise with Oracle ERP. The Terillium Team included specialized consultants in Oracle’s newer ERP Cloud product.

Throughout the project Terillium and Thermal collaborated to ensure the new system would meet the needs of Thermal’s business. The go live was delivered on-time, and the project was delivered within budget.
