What to Expect at the 2021 NetSuite Conference SuiteWorld

The annual Oracle NetSuite technology and applications conference for the user community will be live and in person at Las Vegas. To maintain safety and health precautions, SuiteWorld 2021 is now taking place October 18-21, 2021. We’re mapping out everything customers, partners, and developers can expect so far for the conference to help keep you in the know on the latest conference update.
Will the conference happen virtually this year?
In addition to a virtual set up online, the conference is relocating to the brand-new Caesars Forum in Las Vegas from October 18-21, 2021. SuiteWorld+ Digital Experience registration opens in September. In-person, All Access registration is open now.
What’s the process for transferring 2020 registration to the new date?
You’ll need an easy button for this one. All paid registrants from SuiteWorld 2020 will automatically be registered for October 2021.
How do I reschedule my hotel and airfare?
Everyone that booked a hotel room through the SuiteWorld website for 2020 has already been canceled.
As far as scheduling for Las Vegas in 2021, Harrah’s and Caesars Palace are the two official hotels for SuiteWorld. You can make your hotel reservations for SuiteWorld during the registration process. If you have already registered and need to add a hotel room, you may do so through your SuiteWorld 2021 Dashboard.
In regard to airfare and other transportation methods, please make sure to personally manage any changes outside the SuiteWorld website.
What if I can’t make it to the rescheduled event?
It’s been quite the year, and the SuiteWorld team understands that. If you are no longer able to make it with the new dates (October 18-21, 2021), please reach out to the registration team. The deadline to cancel SuiteWorld 2020 roll-over registrations with a full refund was June 30, after that a 7% processing fee for cancellations applies.
