Using Orchestrations and CafeOne Views to Simplify Sales Order Process Controls

Bernadette Durham, Solution Architect / SIG Lead at Terillium, Inc.

Tuesday, October 20 | 11:45 AM - 12:00 PM ET

Session ID: 102980

There are many points in the sales order process where we may need to implement sales order controls – using Preferences to drives status overrides is effective, but then requires manual user intervention to move the order along in the process. This “quick” session looks at two opportunities to leverage simple Orchestrations to allow a user to quickly review orders at control points in the fulfillment process, and efficiently move the order along in the process.

Objectives:

  • At point of sales order entry, show how to combine an Advanced Preference override with a simple Orchestration to allow users to quickly review and approve sales orders.
  • Demonstrate how combining a CafeOne view of sales order and customer data can improve efficiency of managing inbound sales orders.
