Oracle Data Safe is a new cloud service that helps secure your databases in the Oracle Cloud. In this lab, you’ll get hands-on experience using Data Safe to assess configuration and user risks, and monitor user activity, all with just a few clicks. You will also classify your sensitive data, and mask sensitive data for test and development, all without any special security training or expertise. In this hands-on lab, you will get your hands dirty by creating skills and digital assistants rapidly and efficiently, with minimum coding. You will train your skills with user intents and entities and will design conversations, using the new conversation designer. You will then create your own digital assistant and add existing skills to enrich its functionality. Finally you will publish the digital assistant to a messaging application. Utilizing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, we were able to create a multi-layer report with drill down capabilities to match the FRS P&L report that was burst-out to many service locations. We were successfully able to limit access to the users based on segment security and only pull relevant P&L data so the end users would be able to successfully research where the monthly activity was coming from if that was a corporate journal entry or a payables invoice that was approved. Lastly, with all the data at their fingertips they would be able to see how their location was doing on a daily basis by reviewing this report as it is up to date at all time.
