What You Need to Know About Quest JDE INFOCUS Dive Deep

An Inside Look at INFOCUS Dive Deep with Quest

With INFOCUS Dive Deep coming up, we imagine you have some questions. We spoke with Jon Vaughn, Chief Executive Officer at Quest Oracle Community, for some behind-the-scenes information on INFOCUS Dive Deep.

Since there are two virtual INFOCUS conferences this year, can you tell us more about INFOCUS Dive Deep this October?

INFOCUS Dive Deep is October 18-21st.  This event is an opportunity for JD Edwards customers around the world to come together for four jam-packed days of hands-on digital education. Attendees can expect to dive deep into practical learning, dig into new releases, features and functionality, and hone their JD Edwards skills – all while learning directly from the Oracle Product Teams, partners and customers who have successfully driven business value through their use of JD Edwards products.

INFOCUS Dive Deep will consist of 200+ education and networking opportunities over four days covering:

  • Human Capital Management
  • Real Estate
  • Manufacturing & Distribution
  • Financials
  • Technology
  • Enterprise Asset Management

and hot topics like:

  • EnterpriseOne 9.2.5.3,
  • One-Click Provisioning
  • Orchestrator
  • UX One
  • Personalizations and more!

We’ve also made it simple for those outside North America to join us by providing extended session hours, instant replays, flexible simulcast programming, regional networking activities and our big value Global Rate – a chance for anyone outside North America to bring their entire team for just USD $1000.

In addition to the education, I’m excited about our networking opportunities that will give attendees the opportunity to meet other JD Edwards customers like them, while also having some fun!  Our Coffee & Connect sessions will be back, along with Roundtables, Product Networking Sessions, Special Interest Groups and of course, Quest-opoly and our INFOCUS Dive Deep party.

Last, but certainly not least, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Exhibitor Showcase featuring solutions providers in their interactive virtual exhibits, just like Terillium!

What’s the difference between Dive Deep and Envision?

INFOCUS Envision was a part of our two-part INFOCUS virtual conference series that kicked off in Spring earlier this year. INFOCUS Envision is where attendees came together to learn about what was coming from JD Edwards, which product extensions to consider, and how to plan for the future.

INFOCUS Dive Deep kicking off this Fall rounds out the INFOCUS two-part virtual conference series and is where attendees will get hands on and dive deep in practical learning, new releases and continue to hone their JD Edwards skills. Oracle will be on hand with 80+ all new sessions delivered by their team of JDE product strategists, product developers and technologists.

How does registration work?

The Individual Pass

We have three main passes, one of which is an individual pass that allows you to attend as an individual and have full digital access to the event, starting at $279.

The Corporate Pass – Best Value!

We’ve also brought back our most popular pass, the corporate pass, which allows you to bring the whole team (aka unlimited employees access to four full days of conference programming) at one low price starting at $1,800. This pricing allows folks from areas of the company, that would not typically be able to attend, the opportunity to be involved. It really gives everyone at the company a front row seat to what’s coming and a platform to network with other organizations.

International Global Attendee Pass – New!

Available exclusively to companies with headquarters based outside North America, you can have unlimited employee access to 4 jam-packed digital days of JD Edwards learning with a Corporate Pass for just USD $1000.

What can attendees look forward to?

I am always excited about bringing a full digital event to our JD Edwards community that aligns with what our in-person events have always brought – the opportunity for attendees to connect, chat and learn from each other. INFOCUS Dive Deep attendees can expect to walk away with fresh insights and new skills. You’ll meet JD Edwards users from around the world and connect with the Oracle Product Teams and business partners for the latest on EnterpriseOne Applications, Extensibility, System Automation and more – plus experience live demos and plenty of customer Q&A.

What’s new?

The opportunity to learn and interact with the JD Edwards Oracle Product Team is invaluable. We’re thrilled to say that INFOCUS Dive Deep will offer over 80 all-new sessions presented by 70+ Oracle staff members representing the JD Edwards product strategy, product development and technical teams.  You’ll see flexible session formats, more ask me anything/question and answer style sessions and lots of networking opportunities ranging from Coffee & Connect, Roundtables, Product Networking Sessions to Special Interest Groups.

What’s a can’t miss?

That’s a tricky question and one that’s hard for me to answer. I would say all of it is a can’t miss! All kidding aside, the all-new session line up is going to be phenomenal with JD Edwards Product & Strategy team on tap to deliver more than 80 practical learning sessions.

And of course, always a can’t miss is the Exhibitor Showcase. Quest takes a lot of the leg work out of identifying and connecting with complementary third-party solutions for customers.  We do the research to find as many of the vendors and partners that are relevant to the JD Edwards community and bring them together in one convenient location. The vendors and partners are a tremendous resource and if customers are not using this opportunity to pick the brains of our partner community at this event, then you are missing a critical resource that contributes greatly to the collective knowledge of the community.  Our exhibitors always do a great job in building out their booths, providing resources and subject matter experts, and delivering demos to help the customer community be successful with their JD Edwards investment.

Early bird deadline is October 4th. We look forward to seeing everyone in October at INFOCUS Dive Deep!
