The Client

Triangle Services has been providing exceptional service to clients since 1960, and is one of the most brand-recognizable managed facilities and aviation support services providers in North America. Despite being on a current, modification-free version of JD Edwards World, Triangle needed to migrate to a more advanced technology solution. The company needed their ERP to be more than just a “time and billing” system. The goal was to enable business process improvements, enhance their integration capabilities and provide their users with the ability to connect from anywhere.

The Challenge

The primary objective was to move from JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne, leveraging Triangle’s internal resources as much as possible. Among many other challenges this involved converting 20 years of data.

The biggest challenge for this project was working with a small team on a very aggressive timeline. Other challenges included:

  • Disconnected, manual timesheet entry
  • Manual contract and service billing
  • Lack of integration capabilities with other systems
  • Inability to access tasks remotely due to system limitations and security issues

Our Solution

Terillium’s experience in the construction and service industry allowed the team to leverage the success of past upgrades and provide the proper guidance for Triangle throughout this project.

A secondary objective was to improve processes in Time Entry, Payroll and Billing without causing too much disruption. Terillium also helped Triangle migrate their technology platform as they moved from DB2/iSeries to Oracle/Linux.

The Triangle project was delivered on time in just under six months.
