Headquartered near Nashville, Tenn., Des-Case markets an entire line of products designed to help companies make their equipment investments last longer. Management at Des-Case had a vision of increasing revenue by a factor of five in the next five years and needed an ERP system that was up to the task, which is why they selected JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to:

The Challenge
Des-Case’s trademarked and patented solutions are marketed through an extensive distribution network, private label and OEM partners, and they needed an ERP capable of supporting such volume. Des-Case set out on a journey to implement a tier-one ERP system, on a small budget and tight timeline, that would give them the ability to shape the data that would help make important decisions to enable meeting their five-year goal, including:
- Merging multiple sources of information to eliminate inefficiencies in data entry and information retrieval
- Simplifying reporting tools which required all reports to be completed by the IT department
