Focal Point is a Chicago-based, family-owned and operated company dedicated to advancing the Art of Light®. Focal Point was running on a highly customized and unsupported AS400-based system that was not scalable to meet the growing demands of the business. Additionally the company saw opportunities to gain efficiencies by retiring legacy systems, integrating processes, and leveraging standardized data for strategic business decisions.
The Challenge
