The Client

Navigator Energy Services has a history of building and managing large-scale midstream assets. Their capabilities include gathering, transmission, treating, processing, compression and storage solutions for both natural gas and crude oil. Navigator recently acquired Glass Mountain Pipeline, LLC, expanding the company’s potential base of customers and its offerings. The newly acquired Navigator Glass Mountain provides customers with cost-effective transportation solutions, downstream market options and superior customer service.

The Challenge

Following Navigator’s implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud with another partner, they determined their training regarding the system, specifically the Project Financial Management Cloud (PFM) module, was lacking. Navigator needed a knowledgeable partner to:

  • Guide them through an imminent upgrade
  • Help them get the most out of their new Oracle ERP Cloud system
  • Train them on how to best utilize the PFM module, a necessary tool within ERP Cloud for their company
