Vanguard Renewables is a national leader in the development of organics-to-renewable energy projects.
Vanguard Renewables has experienced extreme growth and subsequently outgrown their QuickBooks system used for accounting. In addition to outgrowing their existing system, many of their business processes relied on tools such as spreadsheets and e-mail.
Vanguard was looking for a quick win by replacing their legacy ERP system and a long term win by building a scalable and extensible platform on which to grow.
The Challenge
Terillium utilized their experience with clients in a hyper growth environment to design an enterprise structure, chart of accounts, and business processes that are scalable and will grow as Vanguard continues to grow.
Terillium provided consulting expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Terillium executed their robust implementation methodology to help lead Vanguard through a successful project launch.
The Solution
Vanguard now has an ERP system that can scale while their business continues to grow. Vanguard will have information readily available in order to aid in decision making and better serve their business and customer base.
Vanguard has initiated Phase 2 with Terillium which includes Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Enterprise Performance Management and tight integrations with their banking partners.
