NetSuite Next is being rolled out in phases and is not automatically enabled when your account upgrades to the NetSuite 2026.2 release.
To access NetSuite Next:
• Upgrade your account to NetSuite 2026.2.
• Wait for Oracle to notify your account that NetSuite Next is available.
• Your NetSuite administrator can then request access to enable the new experience.
This phased rollout allows organizations to test workflows, prepare users, and adopt new AI capabilities at their own pace.
NetSuite 2026.2 release will be rolling out in phases between August and October 2026. Customers can check their specific upgrade date in the New Release Portlet on their NetSuite dashboard.
