Angela Mendoza

Angela Mendoza is OCM Practice Director at Terillium, where she leads the firm's Organizational Change Management practice. With more than a decade of experience, Angela partners with organizations to guide them through complex technology and business transformations, ensuring people are prepared, supported, and successful through change. She specializes in change strategy, internal communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. She has led large-scale OCM efforts for major ERP and workforce technology implementations, supporting seamless go-lives for organizations ranging from 250 to more than 35,000 employees, with no major operational disruptions. Angela has helped define and scale enterprise-wide OCM strategy, serving on system-level Change Management Steering Committees and building an Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence to create repeatable frameworks and drive consistent adoption. She is particularly known for her ability to partner with business leaders to translate complex change into clear, actionable messaging and practical adoption strategies. Angela holds a degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University and is a certified Change Practitioner through Prosci. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active outdoors, especially during the summer.
